For nature enthusiasts, binoculars and sturdy boots are essential for birdwatching and exploring the walking tracks around the foothills of Mt Alexander. Keep your eyes peeled for the endangered Glossy Black Cockatoos as you meander through the forest, and make sure to visit the historic grave of Robbie Francis.

Take a short drive down the road to The Lost World swimming hole or venture along the track to nearby Westray’s Grave and the Stinson Wreck.
