Sunrise Camping

Sunrise Camping is a hosted stay available through Hipcamp, located in Ocean View. The campsite offers a flat, grassy area by a dam, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The site is just a 2-minute drive or a 40-minute horse trail walk to the Ocean View Winery and Pitstop Café. Additionally, it’s only a 10-minute drive to D’Aguilar National Park, where visitors can enjoy four-wheel driving, bushwalks, wildlife spotting, The Gantry, and the Rocky Hole swimming area.

There are three campsites available on the property:

Camp Site 1: Located right next to the dam.
Camp Site 2: Positioned a little further from the dam.
Camp Site 3: Situated on the left-hand side of the driveway as you drive up, in its own distinct area.

Each campsite is marked with a firepit. Pets are welcome, and campers can set up a contained campsite in accordance with local regulations. However, there are no facilities on-site, so campers need to be fully self-sufficient and ensure they leave no trace. The nearby towns of Woodford and Dayboro are just 20 and 15 minutes’ drive away, respectively.
