Dawn’s airy, north-facing deck provides the perfect place to unwind, offering a tranquil retreat from the beach into the bush, where you can enjoy local wildlife, including kangaroos and occasionally a koala.

Set amidst the native gardens of the architecturally designed “Three Sisters,” Dawn comfortably accommodates four guests, with the option to sleep up to seven using the trundle bed in the second bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the lounge room.

The house spans two levels, featuring high ceilings, polished timber floors, and a sofa bed in the fully-screened, open-plan upstairs area. Downstairs, you’ll find two carpeted bedrooms—one with a queen bed, and the other with two single beds and a trundle. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and screens. The property also includes one bathroom, a washing machine, dryer, and an outdoor shower.

Following a recent update, Dawn now boasts new lounges, soft furnishings, a refreshed kitchen, a new barbecue, and enhanced garden landscaping. The property also offers Telstra TV, Wi-Fi, and Foxtel for entertainment.
