Belmont Base Camp offers a hosted stay through Hipcamp, located conveniently within a 12 km radius from Brisbane’s CBD. This campsite is close to local shops, major shopping centres, schools, and the vibrant Manly/Wynnum area, known for its boutique shopping, restaurants, and yacht clubs. It also provides easy access to both the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.
The camp itself is set on a well-maintained paddock within a 2.5-acre property, just a short drive away from the city’s hustle and bustle. Campers can enjoy the sea breezes, beautiful morning and afternoon light, and a serene environment surrounded by trees and a koala environmental protection area. Despite being close to many major facilities, the campsite offers a peaceful retreat where you can sit back and relax around a campfire in the evenings while stargazing.
Please note, there are no toilet facilities provided, so campers need to bring their own. Pets are welcome at Belmont Base Camp.
