Downstairs, there are three more queen-sized bedrooms, one with a half bath, along with another bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area provides plenty of space for entertaining, and there’s an additional small living room attached to one of the bedrooms. The thoughtful layout of this home makes it perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The outdoor spaces are well-designed to cater to all ages. There’s an inground pool, and the expansive grassed yard is ideal for children to play. A stunning treehouse, constructed from local hardwood, wraps around an old mango tree, while an A-frame swing set ensures entertainment for both the young and young-at-heart. The property also enjoys frequent visits from local wildlife, including kangaroos, eastern ospreys, honey-eaters, and even the occasional koala. However, pets are not allowed at this property.
