First established at Treasury Brisbane over ten years ago, Fat Noodle is now moving to The Star Brisbane to present a reinvented dining experience led by celebrity chef and culinary explorer Luke Nguyen.
Drawing inspiration from the lively street food culture of South-East Asia, Luke Nguyen brings his traditional family recipes to life with the finest Australian ingredients.
