The Prince Alfred Hotel in Ipswich, affectionately known as ‘The PA’ by locals, continues to lead in the hospitality industry locally.
Boasting the largest craft beer bar in the southern hemisphere, Tap’d offers an impressive selection of 72 craft beers and ciders daily.
The hotel earned national recognition when it was named Hotel of the Year at the 2017 Australian Hotel Association Awards.
It also features the Char’d restaurant, which seats 250 guests and serves The Ultimate Seafood Platter, a lavish assortment for two that includes fresh prawns, oysters, red claw crayfish, crab, and fresh fruit.
For a more casual dining experience, The Plantations won the Best Casual Dining Restaurant at the 2018 Queensland Hotel Awards.
On peak nights, the venue accommodates up to 700 patrons.
